The low pressure system that affected us before has moved out of the area. As predicted yesterday, the high pressure system has developed to the west and south. the Southern high pressure system is pushing maritime tropical airmass to the north and is giving us a ridge which will bring warm temperatures and clear skies over the week and weekend.
There is a ridge of storms over the east coast going from Louisiana to Michigan from the previous system that moved in. Because of the warm air mass from the south, theres is also a ridge of thunderstorms on the east coast.
